These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by riix, LLC ("riix") via its software-as-a-service platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.
1. Account Registration
1.1. In order to access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to promptly update this information as necessary to ensure its accuracy. 2.1. Subject to these Terms, riix grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

2.3. riix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

3.1. Certain features of the Service may be offered on a paid subscription basis. If you choose to purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the riix website or as otherwise communicated to you.
3.2. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by riix.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. The Service, including all content, features, and functionality thereof, are owned by riix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
4.2. You retain ownership of any data or content that you upload or submit to the Service. By uploading or submitting such data or content, you grant riix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such data or content for the purpose of providing the Service.
5. Privacy
5.1. riix's collection and use of your personal information is governed by its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall riix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1. riix reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on its website or by providing notice to you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
